SorarePodcast #63 - SorareJapan, J-League Alpha
Welcome to episode 63 of the Sorare Global Fantasy Football Podcast. This week, Hibee & YNWA were delighted to be joined by SorareJapan, a J-League expert, to discuss;
- His year in Sorare 2021
- J-League Review Teams
- Players to watch out for in 2022
- And much more
SorareUSA is more into stats than I am because I know the players and watch the games.
I have a lot of contacts in Japan (owners and chairmen for example). I try to promote Japanese football. I discovered Sorare in October 2020 and it was a great way to spread the word about Japanese players.
Hibee: There is a whole new experience and that is to watch matches at 2 AM in the morning thanks to Sorare.
I am definitely from Europe but I couldn't name more than 5 Liverpool players. 99% of my players are Japanese, I enter AS D4 and try to reach the thresholds with my Japanese players.
I guess that it is not just Germany where the channels are already set up.
Hatate played Left-Back last year, and we need to keep an eye on him as well as on Leandro Damiao.
Osako can do very well next season.
YNWA: The value that you provide is extremely valuable.
I'm really happy to help people to raise their games.
At the end of the season, within 7 to 10 days, players will get a new contract; if not, they are free to talk to new teams. In Japan, most players' contracts are ending each season. Don't worry too much about that, the good players will get contracts. There will be a lot of movements on January 31st. A lot of players will have the right to share their new contracts publicly as soon as they have signed them. Christmas means nothing to the Japanese, basically, it does not exist.
Frontale just signed up Tatsuki Seko.
Sagan Tosu has no money, so they always look for players to grow and then to sell them for making some profits.
Fuchi Honda is a player to look after as well as Yuta Higuchi that is a good player because they can get new contracts in better teams.
Small teams can do well, but I do not think they can win the J-League shortly.
